Booking a condo at the Sian is simple and secure, we will connect you with owners. Follow these steps:

1. Search available condos

Browse available condos, review photos, descriptions, amenities, availability, and rental information provided by the owner.

2. Contact the owner

When you find a condo you are interested in, submit an inquiry or booking request. Your request is sent directly to the condo owner or authorized owner representative.

3. Discuss the details

The owner will confirm availability, answer your questions, and provide any additional information about the condo, rental terms, and stay requirements.

4. Confirm your reservation

Once both parties agree on the rental details, the owner will provide confirmation of the reservation and the next steps for payment and arrival.

This website is dedicated exclusively to the Sian Ocean Residence condominiums. This is an independent website that is not affiliated to any travel service or industries.  It only serves certified Onwers and owner’s representatives that wish to rent their units.  There is no intermediate.

After registration , you don’t have a condo yet on the site.  You have first to claim the condo unit.

Creating a Sian-Direct account does not automatically add your condo to the website. You must first claim your unit.

To claim your condo:

1. Click Owners from the guest menu, or My Condos from the black owner menu at the top of the page.
2. On the My Condos page, scroll down to the Ownership Requests section.
3. Complete the request form with as much information as possible. We will verify that you are the owner or an authorized representative of the owner.
4. If your unit is currently listed on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or another rental platform, please include the listing information. This can help us verify ownership more quickly.
5. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Your condo will then be added to your account, and you will be able to configure your listing by adding a title, description, amenities, photos, pricing information, and other details.

This website is dedicated exclusively to the Sian Ocean Residence condominiums.  Through this web site,  you will be in contact directly with the owners or owner representatives.   You will then be able to make your  travel arrangement directly, there are no intermediate allowed.

Yes, The Sian offers valet-only parking for resort guests. Daily parking rates are subject to dynamic pricing and may vary based on demand and availability. Rates subject to change without notice. See the price list posted at the valet station

Pets are not welcomed at the Sian.

No, smoking is not permitted at the Sian Ocean Residences. A $100 smoking fine fee my be levied if you smoke in individual condos and on the property.
